MUM & BABY GROUP CLASS
(The Cherish Club)

Reconnect with yourself and your body in my Mum and Baby Pilates class. This class is designed to support your postnatal recovery, build strength, and improve pelvic floor stability and alignment. But it’s more than just a workout; it’s a space where you can bond with your baby, connect with other new mums, and be part of a supportive, nurturing community that understands the journey you are on.

CLASS DETAILS Who: Mums with babies up to crawling age. When: Fridays, 14:30 - 15:30 What to Bring: Blankets and toys for your baby; all other equipment is provided. Requirements: Must have completed the 6-week GP postnatal assessment.

WHY JOIN US? Tailored exercises for postnatal recovery and strength-building. A safe, welcoming space to bond with your baby and connect with others. Small group setting for personalised attention (limited to 5 participants per session). Informal atmosphere - feel free to feed, nurture, and care for your baby as needed.

We provide a yoga mat for you and a mat for your baby.

(Class appropriate for babies from 6 weeks-12 months)

ONE TO ONE CLASS

Whatever your health journey, every session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. With a mix of classical and contemporary exercises, we’ll focus on building strength, flexibility, and resilience. And, of course, babies are always welcome!

WHAT TO EXPECT? A completely customised programme based on your individual needs. A range of equipment, including mats, reformer, and small Pilates tools. A supportive and compassionate space to focus on your health and wellness
